EMCO’s manufacturing plant is located at 19km Lahore-Sheikhupura Road, Lahore. This state-of-the-art factory was commissioned in 1968 under the guidance of experienced engineers from NGK Insulators, Japan, a globally renowned insulator manufacturer. EMCO entered into a technical collaboration agreement with NGK for fifteen years, leveraging NGK’s expertise to produce high-quality insulators primarily using locally sourced raw materials. Today, the plant is managed by a team of highly qualified Pakistani engineers, supported by over 600 technicians and workers. The company has an annual production capacity of up to 7,500 tons

EMCO Industries Limited has been proudly supplying its high-quality & TYPE TESTED porcelain insulators and substation equipment to local and export markets. The product portfolio includes:

• Disc-Type Insulators: Available in Normal, Fog, and Aeroform Types with rating of up to 160 KN.
• Line Post Insulators: Tie Top and Clamp Top Types for voltage ratings ranging from 11 kV to 66 kV.
• Pin Type Insulators: Designed for voltage ratings between 11 kV to 33 kV.
• Spool Insulators: For LV (0.4 kV) applications.
• LT Bushings (250 A – 3000 A) & HT Bushings: Available for 11 kV to 33 kV applications.
• Strain/Guy Insulators: Suitable for voltage ratings from LV (0.4 kV) to 33 kV.
• Cut-Outs: Designed for voltage ratings between 11 kV to 33 kV.
• Station Post Insulators: Voltage level of 11 kV to 500 kV.
• Hollow Insulator Bushings: Available for up to 245kV applications.
• Switch/Bus Isolators / Disconnect Switches: Center Break switches for application upto 245 kV.
• Surge Arresters: Voltage rating from 11 kV to 420 kV.
• Instrument Transformers: CTs and PTs for Voltage level upto 245kV.
